I had the worst customer service ever, the sales person,was not interested to explain or to sell, when i asked questions, i feel like he tells me if you don't like it, you can go elsewhere.I asked if he has a catalog i can look into, he flatly said no, he didnt even try to tell me about the online catalog.
He had what we call in medical terms, flat affect ( has no emotion or facial expression, just looked pissed) Unfortunatley, he was the only person in the store, and i will never go btg again!!
The company should hire people that are interested in the product and able to explain!!springfield VA
