I had the worst customer service ever, the sales person,was not interested to explain or to sell, when i asked questions, i feel like he tells me if you don't like it, you can go elsewhere.I asked if he has a catalog i can look into, he flatly said no, he didnt even try to tell me about the online catalog.

He had what we call in medical terms, flat affect ( has no emotion or facial expression, just looked pissed) Unfortunatley, he was the only person in the store, and i will never go btg again!!

The company should hire people that are interested in the product and able to explain!!springfield VA

i had a similar mishap,always check your paper work, they will make it exactly the way it is on there and what you signed for. it is not their mistake if you did not clarify initially.

Horrible customer service in Paramus, NJ Store.Purchased 3 roman shades for french door, and 1 window roman shade.

Spoke to a sales person, and left $350.00 deposit. Went home and re measured for accuracy and called my order in over the phone. Being the way the door opened, I needed the cords on the LEFT side. Picked up and installed them on saturday, and the cords are on the RIGHT side.

Called them Monday, spoke to the order taker, "well sorry if you want them fixed it will cost you $25.OO PER BLIND!!" WHAT?? It was your error! Spoke to Manager Tiffany, absolutly no help, and said $25.00 per blind to correct it!! Unreal!!

$750.00 and they wont correct there mistake. NEVER shop there.

Reporting to BBB and disputing on CC.Extremely inefficient staff and could not care less of there error!
