New ReviewerAbsolutely terrible experience with Blinds to Go. I would rate them in the negative, so I do not know where their 4.4 comes from.
They installed my blinds a year ago, and they still are not fully installed nor do they work. I have had blinds out for service since August 2020. They schedule appointments, then do not show. They tell me they will follow up and give them a day or two, but you never hear from them again.
I private message them, but they do not respond. I have pictures of everything. They keep asking for an order number, but they never gave me one delay tactics even though I have copies of the checks. My next step will be the Better Business Bureau, and then I will keep going.
After all I paid over $8,000 for my blinds and so do not feel I am being unreasonable wanting them to work throughout the house at least for a week. I have pictures of everything to show how their work ethic and products do not even meet the minimum requirements.
User's recommendation: They are impossible to work with so I would try another company.
Monetary Loss: $8048.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
