Blinds To Go - Solar shade sent with wrong brackets
I ordered a solar shade for my kitchen window online on May 5th. I specifically paid $40.00 to have Bruce come to my home to measure so that the shade would fit the window correctly.
It came quickly, but with the wrong brackets. My husband and I went back to our local store immediately and new brackets were ordered. We went back to the store three times, but they kept giving us brackets that did not work with the window shade.
The online representative Elena tried to help, but she did not understand the problem. Finally, Bishrun responded and said that the correct brackets would be mailed directly to our house on May 22.
It is now June 5th and we are still waiting.
Where are they?
Terrible customer service. Would never shop there again.
