Installer wanted to come last week and when I said I was working he asked me to work from home (???).He just left.
They look great, but the installer told me at the last second that he wanted $40 cash or e-transfer for removal of the old blinds. This took him about 15 seconds to do, and I was never told about this fee or I would have had my husband take them down last night.
Am not paying that and called BTG directly, where I found there is a massive disconnect between the company itself and the representatives they send into your home.Shady business practice and I will never order from here again.
