Incorrect order

The insert of Valance did not fit Valance properly. Returned to Blinds to Go over a week ago.

We called for status of our issue, the associate said he had no knowledge of the Valance we had returned to the Carle Place, NY location. We then called back 3 separate time's to no avail. NO answering of the phone by an associate, an abrupt hang up after listening to recording. Please call 516-739-****as of yesterday the only answer one received was the recording.

In the past we have purchased many Blinds at this locations which can be verified. We had Never experienced such Poor and Terrible Customer Service!

I then called your Consumer Service and spoke to a helpful gentleman named Ernest which was going to look into the matter and get back to us. Something so simple shouldn't be so frustrating!!!

I will no longer make any purchases in the Carle Place location.

I would like to thank Ernest Morino for his assistance and courtesy. After over 2 week's of no contact from the store. And I felt no interest or awareness of what the problem was, Mr Morino was able to resolve the issue within a few days. I feel if the Associates are suppose to be Consultants and Designers they should be aware of the Components to Blinds. Not even after seeing the Valance, did the person seem to understand that the Insert was an improper fit.

Five months on I am still waiting for the last set of blinds for my bedroom.

Using the shop at home service, I paid for three sets of blinds for a bedroom in April. When the last set (blackout and mesh blinds) were finally installed in June, they were an inch too narrow. In August, after several phone calls and texts, an installer came, took them down and promised a new set. That was two weeks ago. Never once has anyone contacted me to explain, apologize or check and see if the order has been completed. This has been a most unpleasant experience. Next week I will file a consumer complaint. Four and a half months is too long to wait for the product I paid for.

Missing In Action

Now trying to set up 3rd installation appointment as the shade did not fit during the first two attempts. However, no one answers the phone & cannot leave messages so no 3rd install can be set up and customer service is missing in action.

I bought blinds August 19 they made them at buy one get 2rd 50% off Two week later even before my installation they ran a better Sale 25% off all shades and 50% off motorized.. I called the store for price protection review and they refused I should be refunded monies to reflect new sales since it’s less than 30 days .

Horrible

Made a complaint about how my installer did not know the product miss measured sliding door. Received blind did not fit properly, they told me I had to repay full amount to have it done correctly. They are a total RIP OFF. Do not go there

Patchogue Store

From day 1, it has been far from easy with my purchase. After selecting my blinds, two days after my purchase, I never was contacted by the installer. When i called his cell directly, it was a strange conversation. He said he was at the doctor, couldn't talk and leave a message. I called the Patchogue store, no one ever answers that phone. IT IS RIDICULOUS to contact anyone. I t hen called the Bayshore store and was helped by "Joe" i believe. He was very kind to me. He put me in touch with a different installer, Francis from Queens. Francis came as scheduled, even made the effort to get to me early before work. When i decided I wanted to change my order after his measurements, again it was an all day affair trying to get someone to call me back at Patchogue. Finally at the end of the day, i was contacted. This is the poorest customer service i have experienced. When i do get someone, however, they are helpful. I made my final decision on blinds. Scheduled install for tomorrow. I decided to contact Francis to confirm. He tells me it is TODAY and there was a mistake and he is only out here for today. Luckily i have job flexibility. For all the money I have spent on blinds, this was the worst experience to date I have had with any purchase, work done in my home. I am praying that these are custom fitted and look nice after install.

installer measured slider door and did not know the product, now the panels cover half of sliding door while in open position, called the same day to Blinds To Go. I was told to take a picture and email it to them. out come is if I want this to be corrected I have to PAY EXTRA, WHAT A RIP OFF.
