Incorrect order
The insert of Valance did not fit Valance properly. Returned to Blinds to Go over a week ago.
We called for status of our issue, the associate said he had no knowledge of the Valance we had returned to the Carle Place, NY location. We then called back 3 separate time's to no avail. NO answering of the phone by an associate, an abrupt hang up after listening to recording. Please call 516-739-****as of yesterday the only answer one received was the recording.
In the past we have purchased many Blinds at this locations which can be verified. We had Never experienced such Poor and Terrible Customer Service!
I then called your Consumer Service and spoke to a helpful gentleman named Ernest which was going to look into the matter and get back to us. Something so simple shouldn't be so frustrating!!!

Awful
Poor customer service
installer measured slider door and did not know the product, now the panels cover half of sliding door while in open position, called the same day to Blinds To Go. I was told to take a picture and email it to them. out come is if I want this to be corrected I have to PAY EXTRA, WHAT A RIP OFF.
