I set up an appointment for measurements at my new home. The person from BTGO never showed up.
I called store and they told me to wait. I waiter 3 hours. No show. Had to reschedule.
Ordered blinds in August. Was told they would be installed Nov 6. Called to see if any chance of them being installed earlier. Rep at store said he would look into it and call me back.
Never did. Now blinds are in. Called to ensure installation set for Nov 6. Rude manager said I can give you any info until you pay balance.
I paid and now he said no installer until Nov 11. I told him he needed to stick to agreement of Nov 6 as I already took time off work for installation. He said he guarantees nothing. I asked him to check and call me back.
Left message basically saying tough luck.
Extremely rude person. Would never buy from this company.
